Question: What is InScope?

Answer: InScope is primarily a client servicing tool that allows clients to view, print, and fax Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards via their Internet browser.  Activities generated in InScope are automatically logged to the client file so the agent and customer service representative are kept up to date on the client account.

Question: Can I add, view, print, or email a Certificate of Insurance?

Answer: Yes. Once the coverage is in place, the certificate is created or renewed by the Agent. Clients can add Certificate Holders through the “Fax Certificate” workflow.

Certificates of Insurance may be viewed, emailed, faxed, or printed via InScope.

Note: Any Certificate of Insurance requiring specific wording or coverage changes must still be issued by contacting your agent or customer service representative.

Question: Can I view, print, or email an Auto ID card through InScope?

Answer: Yes.  InScope provides Eichlitz' clients the ability to view, email, print, or fax an Auto ID card for listed vehicles.

Question: How will clients access InScope?

Answer: Clients can use a web browser to access the assigned website if they have been assigned a Login Name and Password.

Question: Now that I have a login name and password, how do I login?

Answer: The website address is http://edww.tamcentral.net/inscope/login.jsp.  Type in your assigned login name and password then click on the Login button.
